“Don’t judge a book by it’s cover,” the old saying goes. As with most old sayings it proves true in most cases. But not this time. Go ahead and judge this one by it’s cover. What appears to be a vintage photo from the ’50s or early ’60s turns out to be John Mellencamp’s teenage son Hud in a position one would imagine his namesake Larry McMurtry/Paul Newman character often found himself in: caught in between two beautiful girls.
