The classic go-go funk cut from 1978. Chuck Brown was considered the “Godfather of Go-Go” music which was D.C.’s version of uncut funk (usually heavy on horns & cowbell). This was Brown’s one big stab at stardom. 
People will notice that rapper Nelly borrows from the chorus to this song for his hit “Hot in Herre.”
